The goal is to create the best experience for people to learn from and be inspired to take action. Here are some requests to help make it a great experience for the people attending;

Equipment

  • Wireless lavaliere microphone and a spare battery. If only a Corded Mic than have enough cord to reach the back of the room.
  • Flip-chart and fresh markers
  • LCD projector and screen. I use a Dell Computer.
  • Small table and chair on stage towards the back if room

If using image magnification and /or videotaping, please use as much house light as possible.

Room Setup

The following suggestions are to help with the overall success. It creates energy and effectiveness in my presentation.

  • The distance from the first row of seats /tables to the stage should be around 4 feet to 10 feet. Not any further.
  • Rope off empty seats in the back so people fill up the seats in the front first.
  • For audiences of up to 200 people the riser/stage height should be 6 inches to 12 inches. For audiences of more than 200 people it should be 12 inches to 24 inches in height.
  • If using tables they should be close together if possible and have no major aisle. This helps create more energy the closer people are.

I like to connect with my audience. I am a high energetic speaker who likes to move around on the stage and sometimes into the audience. These are request to please take into consideration when setting up the stage and audio logistics. I really appreciate it. I look forward to working with your team.

Please contact me if any questions.
