A session will be between 45 to 55 minutes. There is no minimum monthly requirement but depending on your goals it is good to start with 12 weeks. Hours are by appointment. If you need another time just let me know and I will try to arrange it. I will return all phone calls in one business day, usually less. Life Coaching can be done over the phone and at the phone session rate listed below. I provide unlimited email support for the amount of time you invest in. Also an occasional 5-10 minute calls between sessions for clarification, support, or to cheer your wins with you. This is a investment in yourself.

This is a discounted rate for pre-paying for four sessions. Coaching by e-mail. This is a low cost way to start and explore coaching. All interactions are done through e-mail. Each client can e-mail up to five times a week. All correspondence will be done through e-mail.
